The 4400TAU TempAssure ™ upgrade kit will improve any converter replacement such as our RU series, 4400, 5300, 5400, or 8300 series Parallax converter system without the “TC” option by adding the TempAssure ™ module and sensor cable. This upgrade allows the converter to provide a temperature-compensated charging voltage that adjusts charge voltage based on battery temperature. The 4400TAU TempAssure ™ upgrade kit works on all deck mount, all-in-one, and converter replacement models in the converter series stated above to provide a temperature compensated charge voltage and is recommended for all battery types.
