    Agreement to Legal Terms: By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
   
    Intellectual Property Rights: RV-Mall owns or has licenses for all content, including trademarks, website design, and multimedia. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate information and must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

    Prohibited Activities: These include unauthorized data mining, fraudulent transactions, attempts to disrupt services, and violating intellectual property rights.

    Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will go through mediation, then arbitration as per Utah law.

    Modifications: We may update these terms periodically, and users are encouraged to review them regularly.

Dispute Resolution

    Informal Negotiations:
    - Users must attempt to resolve disputes informally before escalating to arbitration.

    Mediation & Arbitration:
    - Disputes not resolved informally will go through mediation.
    - If mediation fails, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration.

    Exceptions:
    - Cases involving intellectual property, fraud, or privacy violations may proceed directly to litigation.

Suspected Fraud Policy

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all orders undergo payment verification. If an order fails validation or is flagged as suspected fraud, it will be automatically cancelled for security reasons.

An email notification will be sent to the address provided at checkout to inform the customer of the cancellation. Customers are welcome to place a new order using a valid payment method or updated card details.
